This Agreement governs your access to and use of phpar.vip and all related services. Please read it in full before creating an account or placing any wager on the phpar platform.
These are not substitutes for reading the full Terms — they are plain-language summaries of the most important provisions governing your phpar account.
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use phpar. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement. Age is verified during KYC. Providing false age information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one phpar account. Multiple accounts on the same identity are prohibited under both this Agreement and PAGCOR regulations. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and all balances across those accounts may be forfeited.
All phpar bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers, eligible game contributions, and expiry windows vary by promotion. Read each bonus's specific terms before accepting.
phpar will not process any withdrawal request until the player's KYC verification is fully approved. KYC requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a matching selfie. Withdrawals are sent only to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpar login credentials. phpar is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for an additional layer of protection.
Fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software or strategies, chargebacks, abuse of bonuses through multi-accounting, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are prohibited. phpar reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold balances pending investigation of prohibited conduct.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phpar platform at phpar.vip (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with phpar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to this Agreement in its entirety, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of phpar.vip after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
phpar is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR to provide online gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines. By using the Platform, you represent that your access is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or order applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing phpar is lawful in your location. phpar makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
By accepting this Agreement, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phpar. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. phpar reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued through accounts determined to be duplicates. Players who were previously self-excluded may not open new accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. phpar is not responsible for losses or service disruptions resulting from inaccurate or outdated registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phpar login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, will be your sole responsibility unless the activity results directly from phpar's own negligence or system failure. You must notify phpar's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
phpar accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in PHP. phpar does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Any conversion of funds from a foreign currency to PHP before depositing into phpar is the Player's responsibility and subject to conversion fees outside phpar's control.
phpar is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification is also a prerequisite for accessing certain Platform features and higher deposit limits.
Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. phpar reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of source of funds, where required by regulatory obligations or internal risk assessment procedures.
Standard KYC review is completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of complete document submission. phpar is not liable for any losses you allege to have suffered as a result of a delay in KYC completion where such delay results from incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation submitted by you.
phpar complies fully with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended. phpar may file Suspicious Transaction Reports with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and take any action required by applicable AML law without prior notice to the affected player. phpar reserves the right to freeze funds, delay withdrawals, or close accounts as required by AML compliance obligations.
phpar accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. phpar reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
The minimum deposit is ₱200. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. phpar reserves the right to adjust these minimums, and any changes will be communicated on the Platform.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets that have been verified as belonging to the registered player. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. phpar targets a withdrawal processing time of five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya, and fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes for bank transfers, for fully verified accounts. These are targets only and may vary due to circumstances outside phpar's control, including third-party payment provider delays.
Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered dormant. phpar reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱200 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting phpar support.
phpar offers various bonuses, promotions, and a tiered loyalty programme to registered players. All offers are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to this Agreement. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail for matters addressed within those terms.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a phpar account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
Bonuses and free spins not used within their specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. phpar will not reinstate expired bonuses except at its sole discretion in demonstrably exceptional circumstances.
The creation of multiple accounts or the use of other strategies to circumvent bonus terms, gain unfair advantages from promotions, or exploit technical errors constitutes bonus abuse. phpar reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings arising from bonuses, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
Loyalty points earned through wagering activity at phpar are subject to the current loyalty programme terms published on the Platform. Loyalty points and tier status have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited upon account closure.
All games available on phpar — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, sports betting, and bingo — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement prevails except where the game rules are more specific.
All non-live games on phpar use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified to produce random, unpredictable outcomes. phpar publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and fixed-odds games in each game's information panel.
Live dealer games are operated by third-party certified studios through secure, encrypted streams. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical equipment (cards, balls, wheels) operated by trained croupiers in compliance with the relevant game rules and the studio provider's regulatory obligations.
In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure affecting a game outcome, phpar reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. phpar is not liable for losses arising from technical errors or interruptions to service where such errors are outside phpar's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunication network failures.
Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and phpar's sportsbook rules. phpar reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, and adjust odds before settlement where warranted by events affecting the integrity of the market. Results are settled based on official governing body results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phpar. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC where required:

All content on phpar.vip — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of phpar or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any phpar content without phpar's prior written consent. Any scraping, automated access, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpar's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phpar is not liable for:
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes phpar's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.
phpar may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, subject to the following:
In the event of a dispute relating to your phpar account, game outcomes, withdrawals, bonuses, or any other aspect of the Platform, the following procedure applies:
Disputes relating to settled game outcomes will not be considered where more than thirty (30) days have elapsed from the date of settlement, except where evidence of technical malfunction or system error is presented within that period.
phpar collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and governs all matters relating to your personal data. By accepting this Agreement, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, service delivery, and regulatory reporting.
phpar reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a notice posted prominently on phpar.vip, at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Minor amendments, including typographical corrections and clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations, may be made without prior notice.
If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of phpar after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the phpar dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory authority over licensed online gaming operators.
